Our clams are monitored in the lab to ensure quality.

Under a microscope baby clams are checked for proper health (these babies are extremely healthy).

Tanks of fresh salt water are tested to ensure proper living conditions.

Their quality is tested more than 6 times before being shipped.

They are grown in monitored living conditions in the hatchery, until they reach a mature size, then they are transfered to pristine water, and we harvest them when you place an order.  It takes about one and a half years for a full size clam to finish growing.
